Keith A. Oglesby , Agent

Keith Oglesby is a native of Southern California and has lived and conducted business in Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah before moving to Logandale in 1993 to open a new branch of his commercial property company. Keith graduated from college in 1990 with high honors as a chemistry major and completed pre-medical requirements as coordinated through Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah Medical School. Upon graduation, Keith founded a company that designs maintenance programs for commercial medical properties and eventually the company branched into providing management, commercial real estate sales and leasing.

As president of Sunwest Building Services, Inc., Keith expanded the company within 3 years to a work force of nearly 100 employees, two offices and servicing approximately 75 commercial buildings in the
Salt Lake City area. As the company expanded, Keith moved to the Moapa Valley area to develop a new branch of the company to service the Southern Utah and Southern Nevada areas. He has since sold both businesses to concentrate on representing buyers and sellers in the residential property market.
